syslog - v0.5 and 0.8.7

Today I decided to upgrade to Cacti 0.8.7 and also upgrade a few plugins.
Since there's a new architecture of files I got a small problem with this plugin. There are a few files looking to include config_arrays.php.

In "syslog.php" it's taken care of since it will find both old and new.
Changing the other ones to "global_arrays.php" made things better.

You will se the error when using the syslogs "Alerts", "Removals" or "Reports".
