and old plugins that as thold v0.3.5.2 can be run cacti 0.8.7&plugin Architecture 1.3?

No, almost all plugins have been updated to work with Cacti v0.8.7, a few files in Cacti have been renamed. Every plugin on this site should work fine with it now, and most of the others are updated also, so simple upgrade to the newest of each and you should be fine.

so can you tell me version of the plugin for cacti?
i used plugins:
Plugin Architecture 1.1 (want to upgrade 1.3)
thold 0.3.5.2
monitor 0.7 (want to upgrade 0.8.1)
report 0.5.1
docs 0.1
setting 0.2
these can't be used to cacti 0.8.7?

For the most part, no you have to upgrade all your plugins too as the newer versions add compatibility for Cacti v0.8.7
