How difficult would it be to add the ability to customize the email notifications from thresholds?

For example, I created a script to monitor a daemon on my device and extended the value into the snmp tree.

This value is checked by cacti thus:

0 = running
1 = error condition

I have a threshold that when it reaches 1 for two or more consecutive cycles to send an alert.

I would like to be able to easily change the notification to something like 'daemon %data source description% has failed, blah blah blah'
