Hi All,

I have been looking for service desk or help desk plugin for cacti. Is any one have done that? I have many clients and they will want to create tickets for problems. Is it possible yet?

No one has done this as of yet, it shouldn't be hard to take an already made application, and turn it into a Cacti Plugin and do a little more integration. You will just have to find someone with the time and drive to do it.
