I am new to Cacti and have only now tried a plugin. I have installed the Plugin Arch and I can see the tab in Cacti. But when I try to start a scan the Discovery screen only blinks the drop down boxes breifly and then nothing happens. I have tried different combos of specifiying IP scopes, setting subnets, etc with no success.
I know it is something simple as I want to figure this out as my nest step is to try Weathermap so I must have this working.
Cacti Ver 0.8.7b.
Used the Cacti Windows install package.Everything else seems to be working likes graphs, device status, etc.
Ideas?

From you Cacti directory, try running
php -q plugins/discovery/findhosts.php -f -d
|

I ran php -q plugins/discovery/findhosts.php -f -d from the cacti directory and it worked and I had results listed in Cacti under the Discover tab.
So what do I need to modify to have this function normally?
