Hello Users,
i have a centOS based cacti isntallatino and copied the PA files to the root of this cacti installattion.
I can enable some plugins in the global.php file, but however I cant see the Plugin Configuration Section that should be shown in the cacti GUI.
Most of the Plugins work fine, but the one I really need doesnt show a tab.
http://trac2.assembla.com/npc
Cacti is Version 0.8.7b, so it should work with the PA.
I installed the "Updates" Plugin, this shows me that npc seems to be installed.
How to proceed?
greetings
Heiko

Hi Heiko, I was having a similar issue and after some searching through the forums...
Go into "User Management" and select the account you are using. At the bottom of the page you will see "Realm Management". Select all of the boxes and then click save.
When you add a plugin that integrates into security (some, not all do) you do not automatically get the permissions for the plugin, you need to give them to yourself.
Keep us posted!
Cliff

| Most plugins are not compatible with the new system, so you will not see them in the list.

I had the same problem, didnt import the database, can you please make
a note about that in the documentation
http://cactiusers.org/wiki/PluginArchitectureInstall
and maybe use a folder for the zip files, it unpacks some files into the current
directory and doesnt create a new folder for all the content.
thx
