I would like to have a feature to limit the time of day Emails are sent.

For me it would be sufficient to exclude weekends completey (what's already possible today) and exclude non-working hours on Mo - Fr.
For example, I would like only be notified from Mo - Fr, 8 am - 5 pm.

Start and end time should be stored to MySQL database to be able to change them.

A more rebust alerter is in the planning stages, as it will allow you to specify times to alert you, and even different ways of alerting you at different times. Its still in the planning stages, so don't expect to see it too soon, but it will definitey fit your request.

No ETA at the moment, everything is done in my spare time, which there isn't a huge amount of between work and my wife.

Can we send her a box of chocolates? Maybe a vacation to the Bahamas?

I am having a hell of a time with the fact that we reboot several servers at 2am for maintenance every night and the emails wake me up, because I think our servers are going down. Now I am starting to ignore the emails (not good).
