Syslog in CactiEZ 0.8.7c

I'm checking the syslog module, but get stuck. :$ I see that the syslog is working for the 'local' machine. So all loggins of the server itself is working fine. But external devices aren't log. Do i need to install something else? Or what am i missing? I've got some cisco switches/routers that needs to send their snmp traps towards the Cacti server (who's acting as a syslog server?)... Like you see in the code above, the switch behave normal... Or what am i missing?

jimmy Site Admin Joined: Thu Nov 11, 2004 11:12 am Posts: 2007	Re: Syslog in CactiEZ 0.8.7c Um.. traps are not syslog messages. The Syslog plugin accepts only syslog messages. If you want to receive traps, you need the CAMM plugin (which can do Syslogs also now).

The problem is that i don't know anymore how we manage to activate this before... :$

Must i change anything else (fe allowed hosts to send logs or so)? Thanks!!!
