Ping only Hosts causes DB RAPLACE INTO errors, because one duplicate line at findhosts.php resulting to a unequal count of fields and values in this case: . sql_sanitize($device['snmp_sysName']) . "', '"
Just simply remove the duplicate line at findhosts.php and it will show Ping Only devices as well.
