 yum install cacti does not work on Centos 5.3 any suggestion

Post yum install cacti does not work on Centos 5.3 any suggestion
Could some body help me install Cacti on CentOS 5.3?

I tried yum install cacti but for some reason it returns as "No package cacti available."
