For the Ntop plugin, you should goto the Ntop tab (you may need to add yourself to the permissions). For the hash error, it means you haven't imported the discover.sql file into your database.

hi jimmy,

Thanks for the reply.

I am unable to see the ntop tab anywhere in my cacti page.

How do I import the discover.sql into mysql database?

And one more thing is ntop is running in the same box. I am able to view it at 3000 port.

Please help me.

Thanks
sugun.

hi sugunakar,

you can import discovery.sql like

mysql -u root cacti(database) -p < discover.sql

Go to user management-->admin-->Realm permission-->click ntop.

After that you will be able to see ntop tab. It will automatically redirect to

3000 port.

Thanks,

Farhan

you have to install ntop first......and run it as a daemon by executing
ntop -d -L @(path of your ntop.php)
