For all the users who use the pre-patched files for installing PIA...

Will PIA 2.5 be released/updated with the latest patches from Cacti 0.8.7e?
-Command Line Add Graphs Syntax
-SNMP Invalid Responses
-Template Import/Export Duplication

If your cacti already has the pre-patched files, the released patches should apply cleanly. At least 1 of them (have to check the others) doesn't even touch files that are touched by the PA.

The other released patches do touch the existing cacti files. So if I already have PIA 2.5 installed, then install cacti's patches, I'm going to loose some of the PIA bits in a few files.

What I'm asking, is if PIA will be updated/patched against the latest Cacti files any time soon.

Not everyone has the luxury of using patch to install patches on their Cacti systems. Those who must use the pre-patched files will end up breaking part of their Cacti install once the latest cacti 0.8.7e patched files are installed [over their existing Cacti 0.8.7e + PIA 2.5].

Will there be updated/patched PIA 2.5 files released?

I used the pre-patched PIA 2.5 files after having applied the official 0.8.7e patches. Didn't realise it would be affecting the same files. It has ended up breaking my Cacti.

Now I'm forever getting these errors during device walks/rewalks:

In the PIA 2.5 patch for global.php it resets the cacti version to 0.8.7c.
