Settings --> Mail/DNS does not appear in settings page ?

Settings --> Mail/DNS does not appear in settings page ?
Hi all cacti users,
I installed cacti 0.8.7e on CentOS and installed "cacti-plugin-0.8.7e-PA-v2.6" and "settings-0.5" and "thold-0.4.1" plugins.Everything works good except one thing.
I can see "Alerting/Thold" tab but can not see "Mail/DNS" tab in "Settings" page so i can not configure mail setting and not send test e-mail.
How can i add or activate "Mail/DNS" tab in settings page ? If you help me,I will be happy.

OK,I found the solution.This my fault. I wrote two times $plugins = array(); in global.php It worked great after I deleted one of them $plugins = array();
