Post Thold/plugin arch problems
Latest version of thold
win2k
cacti
0.8.6h

All looked well, then when i select management, thresholds to do some editing i get no response from the browser just sits at http://127.0.0.1/cacti/plugins/thold/th ... ew_rrd=107

I also get the same problem with trying to edit a device. This funciton worked prior to installing the plugin arch and thold.

After attempting this I can no longer get onto Cacti.

Any ideas?

I know permissions etc crop up all the time but I hav ebasically given full access to everyone for now.

Thanks

T

Comment out the thold line in config.php? At least that way you'll know if the arch broke it, or thold did... the files in the plugin folder are completely passive if there's nothing to load them in the config.

Well it looks to be the thold. IU commented out the line and I could edit my device. Put the line back and the same problem.

Anyone any ideas/seen it before?

I am running IIS.

This appears to be a problem with the way rrdtool outputs the data when used on IIS servers. I haven't actually been able to reproduce it myself. Someone else posted some good debugging info on this, I will see if I can find it again.
