Hello all,

I'm new to Cacti in general, and I've been playing with it over the last few days. so far I'm very impressed.

The first thing I decided to do was to add thold alerting. The data sources and graphs were set up before I arrived on the scene, and I'm noticing some wierd things when I try and create the thold alerts.

First thing I've noticed is that even though I create a thold template, it never seems to prompt you to use that template. Am I missing something?

Second thing, and more importantly, I've noticed is that with multiple CPU cores, while the single data source graphs it correctly, it seems to randomly pick a CPU to alert on. Has anyone come up with a better solution to monitor and alert on multiple cores?
