 RouterConfigs problem with Cisco 2960

Post RouterConfigs problem with Cisco 2960
Hi all,

I'm having some trouble with RouterConfigs backing up a 2960G.
For info it is running C2960-LANBASEK9-M Version 12.2(44)SE6

The backups simply do not happen, I can upload files to the tftp server manually from the switch or any other source.

When I click on "Router Debug Info" for the device I get the results shown in the attached file.

Any suggestions? Many thanks.
