 thold error when LDAP only auth enabled

Post thold error when LDAP only auth enabled
When LDAP only auth is enabled in settings i get :

Notice: Undefined index: sess_user_id in C:\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\plugins\thold\setup.php on line 80

when logging in or out and THOLD tab disappears

Thanks for finding this bug. I will play around LDAP Authenication and see if I can find a quick fix.
