Post No rrd files not created.
Hey there.

I installed cacti 2 weeks ago and it hasn't created a single graph or rrd file in rra/. According to the 'manuals', the system cacti user must own rra/ and log/ for the poller to create the rrd files. I have done that several times, and even running the poller.php file as the cacti user, but i have accomplished nothing. I used to have sym links from the cacti directory to /var/lib/cacti rra/ and log/ directories, but i couldn't change the ownership of these files from root to the cacti user i created, so i deleted the sym links and instead created those directories inside the cacti directory.

Another thing, i know snmp is working because the information about the interfaces on the cisco equipment i am trying to monitor was pulled automatically by cacti. But no graphs show up for the interfaces.

I am using debian sarge. Let me know if you need some more info about the way cacti is setup on my system.

Here's the latest ouput when running php poller.php:
Code:
Waiting on 2/2 pollers.

Run the poller in debug mode and then check the logs.
