Monitor doesn't actually send out emails, Thold is suppose to send an email when a host is down though, so there may be a slight problem there still (I though I fixed it!).
I am currently working on a Plugin to rotate / trim / archive the log files. I have a lot of different things on my plate at the moment (not to forget having to work) so its not the highest on my priority list yet, but it will get done.
